# Infrastructure

**Infrastructure**

Infrastructure in the game is the foundation that keeps your operations running smoothly. It is the essential background framework that supports all in-game activities, ensuring that production, military operations, and logistics flow without issues. Upgrading your infrastructure unlocks new features and provides key bonuses that enhance gameplay.

Infrastructure consists of two primary categories: General Buildings and Squadrons.

**General Buildings**

These buildings are the core of your base's functionality, allowing you to efficiently manage resources, production, and logistics. Each building plays a crucial role in your overall strategy, and their upgrades provide significant boosts to your base's operations:

\
**Squadrons**

Squadrons serve as the military hub of your base. Starting with one **Squadron**, it can be expanded to accommodate up to three Squadrons. Each Squadron has its own **Hub**, where you can unlock and upgrade Strike Craft. The Squadrons are critical for expanding your combat capabilities, giving you an edge in battles.

Upgrading the Squadron increases the number of Strike Craft you can command, and further upgrades improve their efficiency, allowing you to deploy more advanced fighters in your military campaigns.<br>

# Tiles

The game map is composed of hexagonal tiles, each representing a different resource zone. These tiles are crucial for expanding your influence and collecting the essential resources needed to support your infrastructure and fleet. Understanding how tiles work and their influence levels is key to effective territory control and resource management.

There are four main types of tiles on the map, each associated with a specific resource:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="296"></th><th width="375"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXdUMQRJO307Gjt6cI4B3CJLCPeWZI6vAtjXvhq_tEpl-JHPWTT1jBGDVrVwvmP2QIZWLMoV4akpUrFbC9M3Cxa_JWAki-xfek_SGEUgpyBRQCGHPTYpaizZm7rg5WHCtrFvpx01o-46zz6QqXGaTD6reLk?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Water Tiles:</strong> Dedicated to Water production.</p><p><br></p></td></tr><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXeclpsBlf9YCaL6__2QmGwJzgpDM4hI6VR5u9qqTAOY5eb0gxCybQCnB6yA85m45gBYlby3JVj3HE0-GgeTdiG519LrZWldaHEp4bVqfpjERGOacIfkOPReg6FomtPLrOTgtV_0QolaJG7yx5an2Ra0jRM6?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><strong>Gas Tiles:</strong> Extract Gas from these tiles.</td></tr><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXdYJy9bCRy2IGu0QiX6aZlkoBiSkXI-Fuii0BKXWqvYqsBER6h5dYhJef869pTPm-LWSSHVR4-Nn7mpAJYjinqhbWfH0ujPaA7J-KZyBzCnODoa8f7rbsi4vGDyCB539ojmlqCiyExK5Kkpd-q2HFyc69B6?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><strong>Titanium Tiles:</strong> Provide Titanium resources.</td></tr><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXezNe4BFxDNhmaXzEwTi5-ECfQZlPGzOrE2DQqXmQLVbDWJQ7JiKYXVjPIXt00_o-TlI3FK45DnvAnOL7SXoykU5RjbVrZ2sJrpUDINgG5P16eRwBZJ0T8TeqAgle1MN0uJMUJ_ORoYacCFjCYALs1zJBy0?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><strong>Mineral Tiles:</strong> Generate Minerals.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Influence Levels**

Each tile has an Influence Level, which determines how much influence and resources it generates. Influence is a crucial factor in determining your overall control over the map.

* Influence 1 Tiles: These low-level tiles generate a small amount of all four resources—Water, Gas, Titanium, and Mineral—along with 1 influence per hour. They are useful in the early stages of expansion.
* Higher Influence Tiles: As the influence level increases, tiles begin to produce only their specific resource (e.g., Water for Water tiles). For example, an Influence 90 Water Tile produces large quantities of Water and 90 influence per hour.

The higher the influence of a tile, the more resources it produces. For instance, a high-influence Water tile will only produce Water, but in greater quantities and with more influence generated per hour

<br>

**Tile Defenses**

Before you can occupy a tile and claim its resources, you must defeat its built-in defenses. The higher the tile’s influence level, the stronger its defenses will be, making higher-level tiles more difficult to capture.

* Defenses: Each tile has defenses that protect it from being easily occupied. Higher influence tiles have stronger defenses, requiring more strategic planning and powerful Strike Crafts to conquer.

Once a tile is occupied, you begin collecting the influence and resources generated by that tile. Holding high-influence tiles provides a significant advantage in both resources and territorial control.

Mastering tile occupation and expanding your influence across the map is crucial for long-term success, as it ensures a steady flow of vital resources while increasing your strategic dominance over other players.

<br>

# Ships

Ships are the core units in your Battlegroup configuration and play a crucial role in both offense and defense. They are versatile, powerful, and can be customized to fit various roles. Each ship houses Strike Crafts, Officers, and possesses unique tech trees that enhance both its capabilities and the performance of the units it carries.\
\
**Ship Roles**\
\
Each ship has a specific role that defines its purpose in combat. Choosing the right ship for your strategy is essential for maximizing effectiveness in battle.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="83">Primary Resources</th><th width="556"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/NYfVr9GDYycm7SuMGl7e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Multirole:</strong> These ships are versatile, capable of performing a wide variety of tasks, and can adapt to different combat situations.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/hnRinNeSZTCUhY2vo9CK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Assault:</strong> Focused on offensive capabilities, these ships excel in delivering high physical or elemental damage to enemy units.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/vgqT1Cs5YnbP0th6hHKV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Command:</strong> These ships provide strategic advantages, improving the effectiveness of your fleet by boosting other units in the Battlegroup.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/T57HPBBTIaBaAaHBY9ox" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Intelligence:</strong> These ships gather valuable information during battle, often providing bonuses to initiative or revealing enemy weaknesses.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/urFiTeRxfMyNYnTeET9e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Support:</strong> Designed to assist and enhance the capabilities of other ships, Support ships provide healing, shielding, or buffs to their allies.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Ship Stats**\
\
The performance of each ship is determined by its stats, which affect both its individual power and the effectiveness of the Strike Crafts it carries:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="85">Primary Resources</th><th width="556"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/oTul4l6gsmKBaybiGrST" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Leadership:</strong> This stat determines the ship’s ability to boost its strike craft by increasing damage performed and reducing damage received</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/QUvpnqCzhZpeTAaPM1MF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Power:</strong> This stat determines the amount of physical damage a ship can deal during combat. High Power stats allow a ship to inflict significant damage to enemy units.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/bWCJQOSSDa227rXatctT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Elemental:</strong> This stat governs the elemental damage a ship deals. Elemental attacks are useful for countering specific enemy defenses or exploiting weaknesses.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/0hN9YjXx5hzSga3Bc5jM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Initiative:</strong> Initiative determines the turn order in combat rounds. Ships with higher Initiative will act earlier, allowing them to strike before slower ships.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/wvbsgrlXrfKcaspXkgaE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Command Capacity:</strong> Command Capacity dictates how many Strike Crafts the ship can carry into battle. Ships with higher Command Capacity can bring more Strike Crafts into combat, increasing the overall firepower of your Battlegroup.</td></tr></tbody></table>

By balancing ship roles and maximizing their stats, you can create powerful Battle Groups capable of tackling any challenge. Ships are the backbone of your fleet, and understanding their roles and stats is essential for building a formidable military force.

<br>

# Strike Craft

Strike Crafts are specialized units that you equip to your ships, significantly boosting their overall power and effectiveness in battle. Each Strike Craft type plays a unique role, and understanding how to use them effectively can greatly impact the outcome of your engagements. Strike Crafts are classified based on their range and size, and their behavior in combat can vary depending on your ships' abilities and tech trees.

**Strike Craft Range**

Strike Crafts are divided into two main range categories, which determine their behavior in combat:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="83">Primary Resources</th><th width="556"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/FWoz78uHd8QwZmljwU4L" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Close Range:</strong> These units focus on engaging enemy close-range units first. They will continue attacking close-range units until none remain, at which point they will close the distance to attack long-range units.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/8FDapYrLPZsNxNIcUK2v" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Long Range:</strong> These units are positioned behind close-range units and are protected by them during battle. Long-range units primarily attack enemy close-range units first and only target long-range enemies once the close-range threats have been neutralized.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Strike Craft Types:**

Strike Crafts come in three different types, each requiring a specific number of **Command Points** to deploy. Command Points are determined by your ship’s **Command Capacity**, so managing these points effectively is crucial.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="83">Primary Resources</th><th width="556"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/hs7EgMf5FDkXoaAUB7Cb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Light Units:</strong> These Strike Crafts are small and agile, requiring only 1 Command Point to deploy. Light units are ideal for quick strikes and overwhelming numbers.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/WoBkqt7GmyBQss3UMGR2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Medium Units:</strong> Slightly larger and more powerful than light units, medium units require 2 Command Points to deploy. They offer a good balance between speed and firepower.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/nTUxBQVQeYoC7K8G8qy9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Heavy Units:</strong> The most powerful Strike Crafts in your arsenal, heavy units require 4 Command Points to deploy. These units deal significant damage but take up more space in your ship’s Command Capacity.</td></tr></tbody></table>

\
**Strike Craft Stats:**

Each Strike Craft comes with specific stats that influence its performance in battle. Understanding these stats is key to using them effectively:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="83">Primary Resources</th><th width="556"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/Ow1mBoZUwH0F6DhjdndF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Damage:</strong> The minimum and maximum damage a single unit of this Strike Craft can deal in each combat round. Higher damage increases the Strike Craft’s offensive capabilities.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/y6fVBYN8ENGZSCm0otZg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Health:</strong> The HP of the Strike Craft, which determines how much damage it can take before being destroyed.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/zKNojbAqQnL5nnUD6HGr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Defense:</strong> The amount of incoming damage the Strike Craft can mitigate. Higher defense stats reduce the amount of damage the unit takes in combat.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/RwT4VTifGSZt9KTsX127" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Initiative:</strong> Determines the turn rate of the Strike Craft in combat rounds. Strike Crafts with higher initiative will attack earlier in the round.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/YL5g7Q7dCR4EW8WMDUo8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Speed:</strong> This stat affects the movement speed on the map. The slowest strike craft in a battle group determines the movement speed of the entire battle group.</td></tr><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/CogJmIM57hjNcaXPISIS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Siege:</strong> The amount of siege damage the Strike Craft does each round</td></tr></tbody></table>

By selecting the right combination of Strike Crafts and balancing their range and size, you can create a highly effective strike force that complements your ship’s abilities and tech tree upgrades. Mastering Strike Craft deployment is key to dominating the battlefield.

# Officers

<figure><img src="/files/oZtvMJtSMS9R018X94El" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Officers** come in four types—**Command, Engineering, Support, and Combat**—and each ship can have one officer assigned to each of these roles. Officers contribute to a Battle Group’s overall strength through their stat modifiers, which are added to the ship’s total values. Both stats and officer skills can be improved by assigning **Reserve Crew—unused officers** of the same type and rarity. As officers are Enhanced or Augmented, the number of required Reserve Crew increases per level, and previously leveled officers can be used to fill multiple slots, with any excess crew refunded to the player.<br>

**Officer Rarity**

The rarity of the officer determines several factors regarding skill and stat packages.

**Uncommon Officers** cannot be leveled up. Likewise they cannot be utilized for leveling up officers of higher rarity. They can only be slotted into ships for use, or retired (coming to a future spec: meaning deleted/sold) for currency.

**Rare Officers** can only have their stats leveled up, and therefore can only create stat packages for use in upgrading other rare officer stats. Rare Officers will not a have an Edit button in their Knowledge Base panel.

**Epic and Legendary Officers** can have both their stats and skills leveled up.

\
**Reserve Crew**\
\
Reserve Crew are unused officers that can be assigned to enhance the stats or skills of another officer through the Enhance or Augment systems. Only officers of the **same rarity and type** can be used as Reserve Crew. As upgrades increase in level, so does the number of required Reserve Crew slots. Players can also use previously Enhanced or Augmented officers as Reserve Crew, and their applied value carries over, helping to fill multiple slots at once. Any unused Reserve Crew from a transferred officer is refunded to the player's inventory.

* Must match **type and rarity** of target officer
* Used for **Enhancing stats** and **Augmenting skills**
* **Higher levels require more** Reserve Crew
* **Upgraded officers** fill multiple slots when used as crew
* **Extra crew is refunded** after applying

<figure><img src="/files/cUCMSJzSDv64AqqyGeYr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Enhance (Stat Upgrades)**\
\
Enhancing increases an officer’s stat values, directly boosting the total strength of the Battle Group they’re assigned to. Players enhance an officer by assigning Reserve Crew of the same type and rarity through the Enhance Menu. As levels increase, more Reserve Crew are needed. Using previously Enhanced officers will fill multiple slots based on the number of crew applied to them, with any excess refunded after the upgrade.

* Increases officer **stat modifiers**
* Requires **same type & rarity** Reserve Crew
* Higher levels = more Reserve Crew slots
* Previously Enhanced officers fill **multiple slots**
* **Extra crew refunded** after applying

\
![](/files/5BFxx8LTSz7PsnyO4nVt)<br>

**Augment (Skill Upgrades)**\
\
Augmenting upgrades an officer’s skill, improving its impact during combat. The process mirrors Enhancement—players assign Reserve Crew of the same type and rarity using the Augment Menu. Each skill level requires more Reserve Crew slots. Previously Augmented officers can be used to fill multiple slots, and any remaining applied crew is returned to the player.

* Improves **officer skills**
* Uses **same type & rarity** Reserve Crew
* Previously Augmented officers fill **multiple slots**
* **Unused Reserve Crew** are refunded\
  ![](/files/VEB2NTa21R0QDdryRFou)![](/files/eXk6SRwx6mco8hiLInmR)

**Skill Collection/Swapping**\
\
Players can change an officer’s Active Skill using the “Change Skill” button, selecting from eligible skills collected through Augmentation. Only skills from the officer itself or its Reserve Crew used during Augmentation are available. Skills already applied elsewhere (as stat or skill packages) must be reset before they can be reassigned.

* Only skills from the officer or its **Augmentation Reserve Crew** are eligible
* **Enhancement Reserve Crew** do *not* provide skill options
* Skills tied to other officers must be **reset** to become available again

**Officer Removal and Stat Reset**\
\
Players can remove Reserve Crew and reset officer progress using the “Unassign Crew” button. When tapped from the **Enhance Menu**, all Reserve Crew from both Enhance and Augment are returned, resetting the officer completely to level 0 in both systems. When tapped from the **Augment Menu**, only Augment-related Reserve Crew are refunded, and the officer’s Enhance level remains intact. Because Augment requires a matching Enhance level, players cannot maintain an Augment level without a corresponding Enhance level.

* **Unassign Crew (Enhance Menu):** Fully resets both Enhance and Augment levels to 0
* **Unassign Crew (Augment Menu):** Only resets Augment, leaving Enhance level intact
* **Augment requires Enhance**: You can’t have Augment > 0 if Enhance = 0

<figure><img src="/files/DunVqWL5wkJTmpYnitpX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

\
**Enhance & Augment Correlation**\
\
Enhance and Augment systems are closely linked. Each level of **Augment requires a matching or higher Enhance level**, meaning players cannot Augment beyond the current Enhance level. However, officers can have a positive Enhance level without any Augmentation. This design ensures that skill upgrades are always backed by corresponding stat improvements.

* Augment level cannot exceed Enhance level
* **Enhance can exist without Augment**, but not vice versa
* Enhancing is a **prerequisite** for each level of Augmentation

**Required Reserve Crew per level by rarity (Enhance)**

# Seasonal Progression

Seasons provide a structured, time-limited progression system where players engage in collective and personal challenges. Each season lasts **40–60 days** and introduces **new goals, content, and rewards**.\
\
**How It Works:**

* **Phases**: Seasons are divided into progressive phases, each with a specific objective. All players work toward completing the current phase before time expires. Whether successful or not, the server automatically advances to the next phase.
* **Rewards**: Players receive base rewards after each phase. If the phase’s objective is completed on time, a bonus chest becomes available. If not, it is marked as “requirement not met.”
* **Game Updates**: With each new phase, the game may introduce tougher challenges, new content, or catch-up mechanics for latecomers.

#### End of Season:

* Seasonal ranks and rewards are distributed based on completed objectives.
* A **brief transition period** follows, during which player actions no longer affect rankings.
* A **new season** begins 1–2 days later.

#### What Carries Over:

* **Retained**: Gold, acquired officers, ships, and ship mastery.
* **Reset**: Guilds, seasonal consumables, credits, strike craft, structures, tech-tree progress, seasonal resources (Gas, Titanium, Water, Minerals), and map data.

# Combat

Combat in the game revolves around configuring BattleGroups, launching attacks, and occupying or defending tiles. Effective management of your fleet and understanding the combat mechanics will give you a strategic edge over your opponents.

\
A **BattleGroup** is made up of your ships and the Strike Crafts you equip them with. To configure your BattleGroup:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="260"></th><th width="404"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfJ5izklq23mH5Cv-Wpp-33bvG4mdEhe_m-qVi4RO2UTLqYfEq9mQjiq2Serpp9zRWVHikFGnTA-PWaM7ejYWz3QEOdVEIO_IC3NRMrQ8v5bMP5LgkstiLSzPUlfNekQCgTloQhtRi_WsETPMi4Mtyz-ik?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><p></p><p><strong>Enter the Base Station:</strong> Access the Battle Groups menu to assign Strike Craft from your Hangar to your Ships.</p><p></p><p></p></td></tr><tr><td><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfnE4XFxhyd1hg3XcxyyFJCF-dJT-BKJeOWgqxZT6FbmBagy1qysWOtqX1HBip9CiS4NCsKuaFuQTFw8WHAnTa17SMIVZe2KRV8muVOAlOdVX3GtN3e_c1RG1V_H1S5iF2Qxt5-8-iCnZfRWcxM7q7hNE0?key=61l0OAhdtrYgCNBwVfPRlA" alt=""></td><td><strong>Command Capacity:</strong> Each Ship can only carry as many Strike Crafts as its Command Capacity allows.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Once a Ship is fully configured with Strike Crafts, it is ready for combat.\

**Victory/Defeat/Draw**\
\
Combat outcomes can result in the following:

|             |                                                                                                                                                                                                                         |                                                                                                     |                                                                                                                |

| **Defeat**  | Your BattleGroup is destroyed, and your ships automatically retreat to your Base Station or an Outpost.                                                                                                                 | <div><figure><img src="/files/soY6eb8Hax1pAGZS1xxZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> | <div><figure><img src="/files/cmDaJ1LBBXDuKS0UBoSK" alt="" width="71"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |
| **Draw** | If the battle is inconclusive after 10 rounds, a draw occurs. BattleGroups will remain on the tile and engage again after 5 minutes. Defenders fully recover in 15 minutes, giving you a chance to send reinforcements. | | <div><figure><img src="/files/WQwSZf0p0trRwMubddFo" alt="" width="71"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |

**Occupying Tiles**\
\
**Neutral Tiles:** After defeating defenders on neutral tiles, you occupy the tile immediately.

**Enemy Tiles:** After defeating defenders on enemy tiles, it takes time to occupy them.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="348"></th><th width="394"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/z8iN9L3wVFPVO0DSs8Mc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><p></p><p>Tile Limit: You can occupy a limited number of tiles at a time, which increases as you upgrade your tech tree or complete Chapter missions. **Combat Reports**

After each combat, a **Combat Report** is generated and delivered to your inbox. These reports provide detailed information about the battle, including which Strike Craft dealt the most damage, and which Ship abilities were used. For those wanting even more insight, the combat logs break down each round turn by turn, allowing for an in-depth review of your strategy and performance.\ <br>

**Reinforcements**

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="348"></th><th width="394"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><img src="/files/gM5oq8g1EBqsJL153qid" alt="" data-size="original"></td><td><p></p><p></p><p>To strengthen your <strong>BattleGroup</strong> after suffering losses.</p><p></p></td></tr><tr><td><img src="/files/yypdQE7SFar2PrKtUCCZ" alt="" data-size="original"></td><td><strong>Reinforce:</strong> Tap on a Ship to find your BattleGroup when it’s not in your Station. Tap the Reinforce button to assign additional Strike Crafts to your Ship.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Repairing Damaged Strike Craft**

After combat, not all Strike Crafts are destroyed. **Damaged Strike Crafts** are sent to the Repair Bay, where you can repair them for a fraction of their fabrication cost or scrap them to free up space in your Hangar.

**Guard**

You can set a Ship stationed on a tile to **Guard**. When in guard mode, the Ship will defend not only its current tile but also adjacent tiles controlled by your Guild or Faction. Attacks on these guarded tiles will be automatically repelled by the guarding Ship.

Mastering these combat mechanics will help you dominate the battlefield, expand your territory, and protect your valuable resources,

# The Map Search Tool

<figure><img src="/files/wfu8S6xME7BQAjtANQ6p" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Tap the highlighted Icon to open the Map Search Tool

<figure><img src="/files/t0VtgCRzwmSH4n1u2PiQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Can search for specific resources
* Can extend/shorten radius of search from search point

The **Map Search Tool** is a powerful feature that allows players to locate specific tiles based on resource type or enemy presence within a designated area on the map, making strategic planning more efficient. Accessible via a shortcut on the HUD, the tool drops a search pin at the center of the visible map and provides two main search categories: Resources and Enemy Patrols. Players can refine their searches using filters for influence levels, resource types, and traversable tiles, with the option to expand the search radius up to 50 tiles. The tool also includes a "Show Influence" feature to display influence tiers directly on the map, even when the search menu is closed. Search results highlight relevant tiles and allow for easy navigation through a bottom panel, which displays search details and coordinates. This functionality helps players quickly identify valuable tiles and plan their strategies effectively.

# Movement Range

### Movement Range

Movement in the game is restricted based on territory control and proximity to your Base Stations or Outposts. To effectively plan your attacks and expansions, you need to understand the movement rules and how to extend your range.

**Movement Rules**

Your ships can only move to tiles that are:

|                                                                                                                                                                  |                                                                                                     |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Occupied by you, your Guild, or your Faction: Tiles under your control appear green, while Guild members’ tiles are blue, and Faction members’ tiles are purple. | <div><figure><img src="/files/xrigkZzhC8IClbDIAkSA" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |
| Adjacent Tiles: You can only attack tiles that are immediately adjacent to a controlled tile. Unlinked tiles cannot be attacked or moved to. | <div><figure><img src="/files/gMOL2ucQwV7OQc9K1M8D" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |

Additionally, your Base Stations and Outposts define your Movement Range. Ships outside this range cannot move, attack, occupy tiles, or receive reinforcements.

**Outposts**<br>

<figure><img src="/files/w8QXzqVWwaD9fTXByNNh" alt="" width="298"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Outposts work similarly to Base Stations and help extend your Movement Range. Once you’ve captured a tile, you can build an Outpost on it to increase the range of your operations. Outposts allow you to:

* Deploy Battlegroups farther across the map.
* Expand your Movement Range, enabling you to explore and occupy distant tiles.

Building and utilizing Outposts strategically will help you extend your influence across the map.\
\
**Bastions**<br>

Bastions are shared guild structures that serve as strategic on-map buildings, providing expanded operational reach for assigned battle groups. Only Guild Officers can build them, and they occupy hex tiles similar to Outposts. All guild members may assign one battle group to each Bastion, boosting tactical flexibility. While placement is unrestricted by terrain or structure proximity, Bastions can only be built in friendly or neutral territory—not in enemy-controlled zones.<br>

| Moving a BattleGroup on the map consumes **Fuel**, which regenerates over time. Proper fuel management is essential for maintaining mobility. | <div><figure><img src="/files/Zb2qz6Q3ySPmiVMO1alu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |
| If you no longer wish to control a tile, you can **Abandon** it. The tile will revert to unoccupied status after a certain period. You can cancel this action anytime before the timer expires. | <div><figure><img src="/files/KxZx1QREbXnwugWoiHQC" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |
| <p></p><p>You can <strong>Recall</strong> a Ship under the following conditions:<br></p><ul><li>Cancel a Deployment or Attack: You can cancel the action within the first 3 minutes, sending the Ship back to its original tile. You will also receive half the Fuel cost back, unless the ship is in a Draw state.</li></ul> | <div><figure><img src="/files/glFeLhSyny6ApSd1nG4g" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |
| You can also **Summon** stationary ships on the map, recalling them to your Base Station or an Outpost. This allows you to regroup your forces and reposition them as needed. | <div><figure><img src="/files/kvh0yj2FESlfJX93Rxef" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div> |

Understanding Movement Rules and using Outposts, Recall, and Summon features strategically will ensure you stay mobile and ready to strike when the opportunity arises.

# The Operations Tech Tree

As players progress through the game, they accumulate **Influence** by capturing tiles on the map, through their Guild, or their Faction. When a certain amount of Influence is accumulated, it can be consumed to level up the **Operations Tech Tree**.\ <br>

<figure><img src="/files/MnHbXl2vFJcV2ypOBffP" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Tech Tree Overview**

The Operations Tech Tree consists of a series of hierarchically connected **nodes**, where each node represents a unique operation or bonus. Players earn **Upgrade Points** when they level up the tree, which can be used to unlock or upgrade nodes. Unlocking a node grants access to any connected child nodes, allowing players to progress through the tree strategically.

**Node Types**

**Passive Bonuses:**

* These nodes provide stat increases or other passive effects.&#x20;

**Active Bonuses:**

* These nodes unlock abilities that can be activated for a limited time, requiring Helion to use. The amount of Helion needed varies depending on the operation, and Helion regenerates over time (1 point every 24/Max hours).

**Tech Tree Sections**

The Operations Tech Tree is divided into four sections, each focused on a different aspect of gameplay:

* **Core:** Unlocked at Tree Level 1.
* **Economy:** Unlocked at Tree Level 10.
* **Expansion:** Unlocked at Tree Level 30.
* **Dominance:** Unlocked at Tree Level 50.

**Resetting the Tree**

Players can reset their Operations Tech Tree at any time, reclaiming most of their Upgrade Points and allowing them to reallocate points into different nodes. Some nodes, however, cannot be reset and remain activated after the reset. Once reset, the tree cannot be reset again for 24 hours.

Mastering the Operations Tech Tree allows players to customize their gameplay experience, enhancing both passive and active abilities, while making strategic decisions on how to allocate resources and influence.

**Tech-Tree Operations**

* Expedite
* Stockpile
* Mine
* Scout
* War Games
* Warp Speed
* Hyper Drive

### Galaxy Map

The Galaxy Map provides a comprehensive overview of the entire game’s galaxy, displaying key features such as planets, regions, territories, and more. It’s an essential tool for navigation, strategic planning, and territorial control. You can access it through the Galaxy Map button on the HUD.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="356"></th><th width="275"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><div><figure><img src="/files/XGEdu9kr8jAyHq0sCXJy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div></td><td><strong>Faction Control</strong>: The map highlights regions controlled by each faction with a color tint, giving you a quick visual reference of territorial advances made by allies and enemies alike. This feature helps with strategic planning and monitoring the state of the galaxy.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Control Points**

Control Points are critical locations on the map that determine control over regions. They are highly defended and often require a coordinated attack by multiple faction members to defeat the defenders and capture the point. Once captured, Control Points:

To navigate these obstacles, players must capture <strong>Crossing Points</strong>—special tiles that act as bridges over the impassable terrain. Controlling a Crossing Point allows you and your faction to traverse otherwise inaccessible parts of the map.</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Saved Pins**

You can mark important locations on the Galaxy Map using Saved Pins. Here’s how they work:

* Pinning a Tile: Click the pin button on the tile selection menu to place a pin on a tile. Once pinned, the tile will display a pin icon, and a link to it is saved to your list of pinned locations.
* Removing Pins: After a tile is pinned, the pin button changes to a remove pin button, which allows you to remove the pin.
* Accessing Saved Pins: You can view all your saved pins by clicking the dedicated button on the HUD. This feature provides quick access to important locations for easy navigation.\ <br>

# Improve Performance

As you progress in the game, there are several ways to improve your performance and give yourself an edge over opponents. By leveling up your ships, unlocking more powerful Strike Crafts, and upgrading abilities, you can build a more formidable fleet.<br>

**Level Up Ships**

Ships gain **XP** through combat, including battles with opponents and defeating **Enemy Patrols**. As a ship's XP increases, so does its level, improving its stats and effectiveness in combat.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/hhdmoIQNeGsyLsQRK0wT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Additionally, you can upload **Schematics** to increase a ship's **Mastery Level**. Schematics, which can be obtained from Chapter rewards or found in your Inventory, significantly strengthen your ships, making them more powerful in battle.

**Unlock New Strike Craft**

The performance of your BattleGroup largely depends on the **Strike Crafts** you assign to it. Improving your BattleGroup’s strength is crucial for defeating opponents.

<figure><img src="/files/Ob9DSVTOgMiHEq9692Gh" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **Upgrade Squadron Hubs:** Build and upgrade your Squadron Hubs to unlock more advanced Strike Craft. Higher-level Strike Crafts bring better combat capabilities.
* **Expand Your Fleet:** Assign more Strike Crafts to your BattleGroup to boost its combat effectiveness. The more Strike Crafts you have, the stronger your BattleGroup becomes.\ <br>

**Ship Abilities**

Unlocking and upgrading **Ship Abilities** in the **Ship Tech Tree** is another way to improve performance. Abilities can enhance your ships' combat effectiveness, providing significant advantages during battles.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/p99BvCi0iGcywor9Ol1I" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **Upgrade Points:** You earn **Upgrade Points** as you increase your ships' levels and Mastery. Spend these points to unlock and enhance your Ship Abilities.

<figure><img src="/files/0fxGhkDdJOh7iLeHePd6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Enemy Patrols**

Scattered across the map, **Enemy Patrols** are valuable targets for gaining Ship XP and extra rewards. Unlike standard tiles, you can attack these patrols without occupying them. However, higher-level patrols are more challenging, so ensure your BattleGroup is strong enough to handle them. Defeating these patrols provides more Ship XP, accelerating your ships' growth.

Improving your performance through these methods will ensure your BattleGroups stay competitive and ready to tackle the toughest challenges the game has to offer.
